Description: 1.AUTOOL CT180 is an intelligent injector cleaning & testing equipment with intelligent control. The whole process can be operated by the touch screen or rotary knob to complete. 2.Equipped with an ultrasonic cleaning tank, AUTOOL CT180 Fuel injector cleaner and Tester can generate an oscillating signal to the injectors to remove the stubborn carbon deposits from the injectors. It is possible to test injectors under different conditions, such as Sprayability Test, Leakage Test, Injecting Flow Test, etc. Uniformity/Sprayability test Uniformity test is to find out if the flow of different injectors meets the requirement or specifications under the same working condition. This test can reflect the comprehensive influences on the injector caused by electrical nature, bore variation and clogging. Sprayability test is to inspect the spraying performance by observing the injectors. Leakage test Leakage test is to inspect the sealing conditions of the injector needle valve under system pressure and to find out if the injector is dribbling. Bright background lights can help to clearly see the various conditions during injector testing. Injecting flow test Injecting flow test is to check if the injecting flow in 15 seconds meets the specifications for injecting amount. The deviation reflects the wear or clogging in the injector, instead of electrical parameter variation. Automatic test Autotest contains all of the above tests. According to the preset mode, it can simulate the working condition of the engine and automatically test the comprehensive performance of the fuel injectors. Injector Testing 1. First add the test fluid, then install the injectors on the fuel distributor, and fix them with bolts. 2. Different functions can be selected to test to see if any of the injectors are leaking or blocked. Smart touch screen design Designed with a 4" high resolution touch screen, all testing functions can be completed by touch screen operation. After testing, the test fluid can be drained out by pressing the button on the control panel. Test level gauge & Pressure gauge It allows you to observe the amount of test fluid and the test fluid can be recycled. It allows you to observe the pressure during test to avoid damage to machine or injectors caused by excessive pressure. Ultrasonic cleaning It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with the ultrasonic vibration so as to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors.Clean Multiple Injectors At The Same Time Ultrasonic Cleaning: 1. Add the cleaning fluid and put the injectors into the ultrasonic cleaning bath. 2. Replace the damaged O-ring with another same type O-ring to avoid leakage during testing.2.Put the outside of injectors in gasoline or detergent, and wipe them with soft cloth after cleaning the outside oil sludge carefully.3.Check the liquid level and refill test liquid when necessary. Fill the test liquid through the filler on the side of the unit and observe the liquid level in the fuel level viewer.Do NOT exceeding the Max line.4.Turn on the power switch on the left side of the Cabinet.5.Fill ultrasonic detergent into the ultrasonic cleaning launder so that the needle valve of the injector is covered by the detergent.6.Connect the injectors with the correct couplers.
